Responsibilities Follow up project Quality Reportings Analyze the handover system between QA/QC and PTO departments Communicate/coordinate between departments of construction and technical office to better analyze the Inspection Coordination Analyze and report each step of the documentation handover process in each project. According to relevant project documents, analyze the quality documentation feasibility, optimize, coordinate with Quality Assurance ExecutiveImprovement/Optimization of following up systems & documentation system. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for handover progress Work along side with Quality Assurance Executive to set up a unified handover& inspection system within the company Requirements Quality Assurance certificates ISO 9001 knowledge Language skills (English upper intermediate) Microsoft Office skills of intermediate level or higher Experience in a multi-disciplined project Have a desire to learn new things Analytical thinking skills Efficiency of communication (team work) within the company Do not hesitate to take responsibilities Open to business trips Conditions Competitive salary level Place of work - office in St. Petersburg Compensation for food and travel Work in a large and stable company.
